Terms and Conditions for Rizike Vendors
Introduction
Welcome to Rizike, a multi-vendor eCommerce marketplace. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Comprehensive Terms & Conditions and all referenced policies, including the [Privacy Policy] and the [Return & Refund Policy]. Your use of the platform is governed by these terms.
1. Use of the Platform and User Conduct
Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to use Rizike.
Account Accuracy: You agree to provide and maintain accurate, complete, and current account information at all times.
Prohibited Conduct: Users are strictly prohibited from:
Using any abusive, harassing, or threatening language towards sellers, other users, or Rizike staff.
Listing any unlawful products, illegal drugs, weapons, or counterfeit goods.
Uploading malware, viruses, or any code designed to harm the platform’s system integrity or security.
Account Termination: Rizike reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts for any reason, including, but not limited to, misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
2. Marketplace Role and Seller Responsibility
Rizike’s Role: Rizike acts solely as a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not the manufacturer, supplier, or direct seller unless explicitly specified.
Seller Responsibility: Sellers are solely responsible for:
The quality, authenticity, and accuracy of their product listings.
Order fulfillment and honoring any stated warranties or guarantees.
Seller Management and Fees: Sellers agree to pay a commission fee and applicable payment gateway processing fees for sales made on the Rizike platform. The commission rates and charges are detailed in the Seller Agreement or the seller dashboard. Rizike reserves the right to impose penalties or permanently suspend any seller’s account for repeated non-compliance or failure to deliver genuine goods.
3. Orders, Payments, and Pricing
Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or Cash on Delivery (COD) confirmation.
Pricing: Prices are generally inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Pricing Errors: Rizike reserves the right to cancel an order if a seller lists an incorrect price due to a technical error, even if the order has been confirmed.
Delivery Timelines: Delivery timelines are estimates. Inside Bhola – 1-2 working days, Outside Bhola – 2-5 working days. These times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Returns, Refunds, and Dispute Resolution
Policy and Timelines: All returns and refunds are governed by our [Return & Refund Policy]. Once the refund is approved by the seller and Rizike, it will be processed. Refunds may take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account, as this timeline is dependent on the processing time of the bank or payment gateway.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between a buyer and a seller, Rizike will act as a neutral mediator. Rizike’s final decision, based on a review of all evidence provided, shall be final and binding.
Communication: All official communication regarding orders and disputes must occur through Rizike’s designated platform channels.
5. Product Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Warranty Responsibility: Any warranty provided with a product is the sole responsibility of the seller. Rizike is not directly liable for servicing the product warranty but will enforce the seller’s obligation to fulfill it.
Limitation of Liability: Rizike is not responsible for damages or losses caused by third-party sellers. Our maximum liability shall in no circumstance exceed the value of the product purchased.
6. Intellectual Property and Infringement
Rizike Content: All Rizike content (logos, graphics, UI, software, etc.) is owned by Rizike and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Infringement Liability: Sellers must ensure that their product listings do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. All liability resulting from infringement rests solely with the seller.
Notice and Takedown: If Rizike receives a valid infringement notice, we reserve the right to immediately remove the infringing listing without prior notice to the seller.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Data Use and Protection: By using Rizike, you acknowledge and consent that your personal information (name, address, transaction details) may be collected, stored, and used by Rizike. This data is used for order processing, customer service, and platform improvement. 8. Amendment and Governing Law
Amendments: Rizike reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions and the operation of the Rizike service are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any legal action or dispute shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
